Do any of you know what it's like to be afraid to kiss the person you love because you might get beaten up?
I do.
I'm not asking for anyone to like it, accept it or love it. Tolerance, that's all I'd like. For people to be tolerant. So that I can be who I truly am without fear. Without wondering if someone is going to say something rude to me.
I don't know... I just want to not be afraid.

- So.... long time no see. But yes I have returned :-). I'm still Canadian and proud of it. I now go to McMaster University and really enjoy it. I work at the circulation desk at one of the libraries on campus. Coolest job ever! I'm still as liberal as ever, maybe even more so than before. I've heard University will do that to you ;-) I want to double major in Peace Studies and French. I want to travel the world and am thinking about going on exchange in 3rd year. I've found the love of my life and she makes me so happy. I can see that my future is bright :-)
